Every piece we create is born from fire and a little darkness — treat it well, and it'll haunt your space for years to come.

Planters

Each planter is hand-painted and finished by us — no two pieces wear their colors and details quite the same way. Slight variations in texture, paint, and finish are part of the piece's character, not a flaw. Should your planter arrive cracked, broken, or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless something's gone wrong on our end. Return shipping is on the buyer, unless we sent you the wrong piece or it arrived in ruins.

Succulents & Air Plants

Our succulents and air plants are survivors by nature — built to endure the journey to your doorstep. But even the hardiest things can be shaken by the road. If your plant arrives dead, crushed, or badly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. A little drama after transit — a dropped leaf, some wilting — is normal and no cause for alarm; most plants recover within a week or two of settling into their new home. Claims after 48 hours cannot be honored, so don't let the shadows swallow your window.

Local Market Purchases

Pieces claimed in person at markets are inspected together before they leave our table and are final sale, barring a manufacturing defect.
