Some spirits don't fade quietly — they linger just long enough to leave a mark. Wraith's Blush is one of them: a skull finished in a shimmering metallic magenta, glowing faintly like a flush caught mid-breath, holding within its crown a Philodendron micans, its velvety, heart-shaped leaves shifting between bronze, deep green, and violet depending on the light — soft to the touch and impossible to look away from.

Micans is prized for that plush, almost fabric-like texture, and it's more forgiving than its delicate looks suggest. Give it bright, indirect light to bring out its richest bronze-violet sheen — too little light and the leaves lean flatter and greener, losing some of that iridescent shimmer. Water when the top inch or two of soil dries out; it prefers consistency over extremes and won't tolerate sitting in soggy soil for long. It thrives in higher humidity, rewarding a humid spot with larger, glossier growth, though it manages well enough in average household air. Let it trail freely from the skull's crown, its vines draping like something caught mid-fade, or give it a moss pole if you'd rather it climb. Propagation is simple and forgiving: snip a cutting just below a node, root it in water or moist sphagnum moss, and in a few weeks you'll have a second blush to spread elsewhere.

The skull itself is hand-finished in a metallic magenta with a soft, glowing sheen — subtle in shadow, striking in the light. A drainage hole keeps the roots safe from anything else that might be lingering beneath.

Equal parts delicate and haunting, Wraith's Blush proves that even the palest color can still leave a lasting impression.
