There is a room in this house that the servants will not enter after dark. They say a face watches from the corner — pale as bone, still as death, with eyes that hold no light of their own. It does not speak. It does not move. And yet every soul who has passed through that doorway swears they felt themselves observed, as though something ancient and patient had simply been waiting for them to arrive. The old groundskeeper called it The Shape, for it wears no name he would dare speak aloud, only a blankness where a face ought to be — a hollow the shape of a man, and nothing more.
Hand-painted and hand-finished in weathered bone and shadowed umber tones, this face planter carries that same quiet, watchful stillness. The eyes don't blink. They don't need to. The hollow of its skull stands empty and waiting, ready for whatever you choose to let take root there.
